Order Accepting Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation in any form does not necessarily
constitute finality of the sale. Personal Plaques And More retains the
right at any time after
receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reason. We may
require additional information and/or verification before accepting
the order.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If we make a mistake or the product is damaged
in delivery, upon investigation
we will replace it or refund the price of the product. However it must
be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Returns
IMPORTANT: Due to the many products and suppliers we deal with, customer
must notify us by sending an e-mail to info@personalplaquesandmore.net
or calling at 979-268-9864 prior to any returns to obtain proper return
instructions. Any failure to do this may result in delays and/or additional
shipping charges that will be the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Any personalized items we may carry, if work has already started there
will be no cancellations or returns allowed unless it is defective or
incorrect. If work has not started on item and customer wishes to cancel
order a service fee may be incurred. Personal Plaques And More reserves
the right to replace the defective/incorrect product with one that meets
with the original order. You may be required to provide the product
and details of the defective/incorrect product for internal review prior
to any action being taken. Customer has three (3) business days from
the delivery date to report defective/incorrect products.
Note: If the product was customized
and it was received in damaged condition we reserve the right to replace
the item as it was originally ordered.

Security Guarantee
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable
for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. In the event that a fraudulent
charge is made to your account through our site and you are held liable
we will cover the whole liability up to $50.00. Personal Plaques And
More will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your
credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made
at Personal Plaques And More while using our web site. In the case of
unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card
provider in accordance with its reporting rules, regulations and procedures.

Third Party and Typographical Mistakes
In the event that Personal Plaques And More lists a price or product
description incorrect due to a typographical error or an error in the
information received from a supplier, we reserve the right to refuse
or cancel any order placed for products listed at an incorrect price
prior to shipping. Personal Plaques And More reserves the rights to
refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order had been confirmed
and your credit card had been billed. If your credit card had been billed,
Personal Plaques And More will immediately issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the incorrect price. By check or money
order payment a check will be issued and will be sent out immediately.
If the order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to return
it due to any misinformation there will be a restocking fee as mentioned
under Returns.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Personal Touch Greeting
Cards or Personal Plaques And More and any of its subsidiaries will
be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its
conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and
venue for any and all litigation arising from your use or orders made
from Personal Plaques And More web site will be an appropriate federal
or state court located in Brazos County in Texas.
Pricing
Our prices include the merchandise with any specified options and shipping
within the continental United States only unless otherwise stated. The
price does not include sales taxes, rush charges, overnight or 2nd day
delivery, and extra cost options, unless otherwise stated.
Payment Methods
All orders must be accompanied by payment at the time of the sale. Credit
Card is the most common and preferred method for payment. We accept
most major credit cards. There is no additional charge for using a credit
card. Please be sure to provide correct information when asked for.
Incorrect information may lead to delays in processing your order.
Money orders, cashiers checks or any
other type of check will be accepted by us. Orders will be processed
upon receipt of money orders or cashiers checks. Any other type of check
you have please allow up to 5 working days after receipt of check for
clearance of funds. Once the check has cleared the order will be processed
promptly. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Sales Taxes
Sales tax will be added automatically to your order, only in the state
of Texas. Each customer will be solely responsible for all sales taxes,
or other taxes on orders shipped in states other than Texas where applicable.
Shipping
Pricing includes regular ground shipping or common carrier shipping
to the destination within the lower 48 states. Due to the different
products and suppliers shipping restrictions will vary from one product
to the next. .

as to the Product Sold

free from defects. Except as expressly stated herein, Personal Plaques
And More will make no representations or warranties, express or implied,
of any kind with respect to products sold on the Personal Plaques And

More expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any
kind with respect to products sold on this web site, including but not
limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You
